Which pazar is on today?
The Pazar Yeri app shows the pazars set up today and tomorrow nearest to you, with distances. It covers the days and addresses of 2,774 street and producers’ markets across Turkey.
What time do street markets open and close?
Many municipalities keep street markets open 07:00–20:00 in summer and 07:00–19:00 in winter. Hours vary by pazar; the app shows the recorded hours, or the municipality’s usual hours when none are recorded.
How do I know if a pazar is set up today?
The app combines municipal cancellation notices with reports from people at the pazar. When nobody has confirmed, it says so and only states what the records say.
Where does the pazar information come from?
From the Turkish Ministry of Trade’s Wholesale Market Registry (HKS) and the open data of the İstanbul and İzmir metropolitan municipalities. Each pazar’s page shows its source and when it was last checked.
